Meraki - Exhibit

Tue 17/04/2018 13:00 to 16:00

Meraki
(v.) to do something with soul, creativity, or love;
to put something of yourself in your work.

Setting up their first pop-up art exhibition, LMU students will be at @TheCanvasCafe on 17th April between 1pm – 4pm and are super excited about this opportunity!

The event is a student lead pop-up exhibition of art that follows the ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ idea.Students will be showing their own work in a space outside of the university for the first time. Giving them a chance to build on their skills as artists and build their curatorial practices by engaging with thereal world. The various works in the exhibition have different ideas behind them, but they all coincide with the word ‘meraki’: People using oodles of mediums to create something they are passionate about.
