Sixty:2 Pop Up Residency
"Eating well for you and the world."
Sixty:2 vegan concept restaurant is popping up at The Canvas: Thursday-Saturday evenings in September.
sixty:2 is a new concept restaurant helping diners to understand the relationship between the food on their plate and the world and people around us, exploring the social and environmental impacts of animal agriculture on our planet, and the benefits of plant-based eating - all through gourmet food and creative intervention.
The innovative debut menu is based on the best local, seasonal ingredients around, crafted into original, colourful dishes that walk the line between beloved classics and quirky experimentation - always with a focus on flavour and sustainability. Whether it's your first foray into the plant-based world or you're a die-hard vegan, there's something for everyone and you won't leave disappointed.
sixty:2 will be bringing you some of their most popular dishes, including crispy wild mushroom risotto balls with a creamy balsamic dip, truffled polenta chips, and a dense cardamom sponge with syrupy hedgerow fruits.
Come, eat, and explore...
